As told in Hour 1 of today's program, the Ford government is trying to pass a provincial legislation that would bar municipalities from building new bike lanes if they replaced a lane of vehicle traffic. This would potentially jeopardize Ottawa's plans to expand their bike infrastructure, if they wanted to do so at any point. Do we need more bike lanes? And if the answer is 'Yes', who should determine how many should be installed, and where they go? Kristy Cameron sifts through the CFRA textboard and tackles today's Question of the Day.
