Ontario's Ministry of Education is ordering school boards across the province to open student and family support offices. Meantime, Ottawa Police is warning residents that a high-risk offender is currently living in the Rideau-Vanier area. Christopher Watts was previously convicted of manslaughter, sexual assault, and sexual interference in the death of a Southern Ontario teenager.
