Freezing rain warning issued for parts of Ottawa

Environment Canada has a freezing rain warning in effect for Ottawa North, Kanata and Orléans as surface temperatures across the Ottawa River valley stay close to the freezing mark this afternoon. The agency expects 2 to 5 millimetres of ice from late afternoon into tonight as showers move through and freeze on contact with colder surfaces. Read More
