Ontario is developing new drunk driving measures, which would force impaired drivers to pay if they kill a child’s guardian or parent in a crash. The Ford government announced the proposal in Tuesday’s news release, noting there are similar requirements in Texas. Should drunk drivers that kill parents have to pay child support?
