Canada Post, union reach ‘agreement in principle’ toward new deal

The Canadian Union of Postal Employees said Friday it will agree to pause strike action and enter final negotiations once the new deals are signed.
The report released Friday found that between 2012 and 2022, 75 people in the region died because of domestic homicides related to intimate partner violence.
