Support the OC Transpo / Loblaw Annual Holiday Food Drive

December 9, 2025

On Saturday, December 13, OC Transpo and Loblaw will join forces for the 41st Annual OC Transpo / Loblaw Holiday Food Drive to support food programs across Ottawa. The last few years have been challenging for many in our community and this year is no exception. With over one in four households in Ottawa struggling to afford enough to eat, let's come together to show our community that we care.

This Saturday’s food drive will be held from 10 am to 5 pm at participating Loblaws, Real Canadian Superstore, Your Independent Grocer and No Frills stores across Ottawa. Please consider adding an item to your grocery cart that you can then donate to the Ottawa Food Bank. Non-perishable food items can be placed in the Ottawa Food Bank cage bins located at participating stores.

You can also make a monetary donation at the cash register at participating stores. Your monetary donations will not only help buy non-perishables, but also fresh foods like fruit, vegetables, meat, bread, dairy and eggs for those who are accessing food banks in our city. You can also donate online from the comfort of your home on the Ottawa Food Bank’s donation page.
