Ottawa Police has launched a brand-new traffic unit to deal with speeding concerns in Canada’s Capital. Effective today, residents could see more traffic enforcement officers in their neighbourhoods, as officers attempt to make up for the recent purge of speed cameras. Ontario Premier Doug Ford says that his Labour Minister will co-operate with an Integrity Commissioner probe into the minister’s handling of the province’s $2.5-billion Skills Development Fund – but was silent about his future in cabinet.
