McDonald's returns to ByWard Market

Two years after closing on Rideau Street, the golden arches are making a return to the corner of Rideau and Dalhousie streets. The 24-hour McDonald's, notorious for attracting disorder and crime at its previous location, is slated to open Wednesday.
