City recognizes Ottawa’s best in heritage conservation

December 17, 2025

Seven projects were recognized as Ottawa’s best in heritage conservation at an awards gala on Thursday, November 6 at Jean Pigott Place. Presented every two years, the 2025 the Ottawa Heritage Awards recognized exceptional projects completed between January 2022 and May 2025.

There are three types of Heritage awards:

  • project-based
  • student-led
  • community member/group.
