Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé says he’s leaving cabinet to sit as an Independent.
In a statement on social media, Dubé says he is not the right person to continue negotiations with family doctors over changes to a controversial doctor-payment law that he helped push through the legislature.
While the Fraser Valley has seen devastating flooding over the last 10 days, other parts of the province are also dealing with the aftermath of multiple atmospheric river storm systems.
