Kathy Allen Duncan spent 50 years collecting snowman ornaments for her Christmas village displays, until she died in September at the age of 73. Now, her husband has created a Christmas display in her honour at the local mall for everyone to see, telling CBC: "I want everyone to have a piece of her."
