Snow lodge being built in Flin Flon to host events

Construction is underway on what planners are calling a “snow lodge” in Flin Flon, Man. The space, which is scheduled to open in late January, will be built mostly from snow and ice harvested from a nearby pond and will host concerts and events. Local leaders are already looking into expanding the project in the future.
Five week trial begins in lawsuit launched by photojournalist Amber Bracken, arrested by RCMP in 2021, and news outlet The Narwhal, claiming wrongful arrest, wrongful detention and violation of Charter rights.
