Venezuelans in Ottawa greet Maduro's capture with cautious optimism

The capture of Venezuelan president Nicolás Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores by U.S. forces has local Venezuelans both celebrating his ouster and wondering if their homeland can peacefully transition to a democratic state.
Two B.C. businesses were the focus of the protests due to their ties with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, but one of them was not held.
