What happens when two people are convicted of stabbing a man, but neither was proven to be holding the knife? When it comes to sentencing, it turns out, the judge has to treat each of them as though the other was the stabber.
A 54-year-old woman was struck by a snowplow while walking through a car dealership parking lot early Monday morning. Police say she died in hospital from her injuries.
