Immigration officials in Minneapolis have shot and killed the wife of a prominent activist. The Department of Homeland Security says it happened during an immigration crackdown, as the woman allegedly tried to run over law enforcement officers. However, the Mayor of Minneapolis is putting that claim into question, and a series of viral videos are doing the same. CFRA’s Andrew Pinsent delivers the latest developments. Meantime, a new report from Deloitte Canada says the country’s economic growth will slow down in 2026, falling from 1.7 percent to 1.5 percent.
