The country’s Prime Minister is labeling the act as a benchmark moment. There has been a growing movement here in Canada to install similar practices, and we’ve mentioned it a few times on this program already. In Hour 2, we circle back to this debate with Unplugged Canada founder Jenny Perez. But first, we pick the brain of Dr. Victoria Talwar, the Canada Research Chair at McGill University’s Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology.
