Seaplane had faulty repair job months before 2025 fatal Quebec crash, TSB says

The Transportation Safety Board says there was a faulty repair job on the flight controls of a small seaplane a few months before it crashed into the Richelieu River last year.
More than 25,000 kilograms of contraband tobacco were seized and eight people charged following an investigation on Six Nations of the Grand River Territory.
