Gatineau police charge Ottawa man with sex assault, more witnesses sought

Gatineau police are seeking public assistance following the arrest Tuesday of a 27-year-old Ottawa man on sexual assault charges. “Investigators have reason to fear that (Lenny Owen Mudugu) may have other victims and that some are still hesitant to come forward,” police said in a release.
