The mother of a man living in a Toronto-area group home at the centre of a bitter labour dispute says she is seeking accountability after he was "savagely bitten" on the neck.
Montreal officials said Sunday a boil-water advisory was in effect until further notice for residents of Ville-Marie, including Ile Sainte-Hélène, Ile Notre-Dame and Habitat 67.
