The trial for a couple who'd been trying to adopt two brothers before one was found dead in their Burlington, Ont., home four years ago is set to end proceedings on Friday. The Environment and Climate Change Committee today approved creating a new funding stream within the Community Environmental Projects Grant Program (CEPGP) to support community‑led waste avoidance, reduction and reuse projects.
