N.W.T. government won't administer federal gun buyback program

For some N.W.T. residents, participating in the federal gun buyback program might not be so straightforward. The Government of the Northwest Territories says it’s not going to administer it.

Heavy snow, extreme cold and gusty winds made for tricky commutes across much of Atlantic Canada on Monday morning, with meteorologists warning the difficult weather would continue for at least another day.One week after Atlantic Canada was hit with the first major snowstorm of the season, another haul of snow pummelled the region overnight Sunday and through Monday.
