A hearing into the 2015 police-involved killing of Miles Gray hangs in the balance in Vancouver this morning after Monday's resignation of counsel for the proceeding.

Ontario Provincial Police say they put out a shelter-in-place alert for part of the Central Frontenac community early Tuesday morning. The suspect was later arrested and the alert lifted.
