It’s another major hiccup for Ottawa’s LRT, as Line 1 has been reverted back to a reduced service after another issue was spotted with the trains. Somerset councillor Ariel Troster says the situation with our city’s transit system is pretty dire, and drastic steps must be taken in order to heal those P.R. wounds. One idea, in her view, is reimbursements for transit riders. Troster pays us a visit in Hour 2. Canadian artist Phil Richards has said he considers portraiture to be “a collaboration between artist and subject.” Perhaps nowhere is that more clear than in a tiny last-minute change in his newly unveiled portrait of former prime minister Stephen Harper.
