Former prime ministers Stephen Harper and Jean Chrétien say Canadian unity is made stronger by the unexpected threats from the United States. The two discussed unity and Canadian sovereignty in a fireside chat in Ottawa.
Four of the five candidates said they are running to rebuild the party, while Tony McQuail was the lone candidate who said he is eyeing the Prime Minister's Office.
