Ottawa Now - Runaway emu leaves Almonte residents flabbergasted

Monday might have been Groundhog Day, but it was a large emu that was stealing the show in Almonte. Residents on Jamieson Street were stunned to see a massive bird walking around the neighbourhood, who had managed to escape his nearby enclosure. Kristy Cameron chats with Tracy Foley, a Canine Coordinator at Gagne Homestead and Rescue. She safely caught Enzo the Emu and brought him back home.
