Porter travellers in Sudbury lose direct Toronto service, gain Ottawa
February 2, 2026
Air travelers flying out of Sudbury will soon have one less choice for a flight to Toronto. Porter Airlines is ending its Sudbury-to-Toronto route as of May 1st. It will offer Sudbury-to-Ottawa "turbo-prop" service instead. This leaves Sudbury passengers with only Air Canada's service of three flights a day to Toronto Pearson.
