Suspects face further charges as police investigate chemicals found near Western University

Police say they have laid additional charges against four people arrested late last month after hazardous chemicals that could be used to make explosives were found in a home near Western University.
Chief Wayne Sparrow of the Musqueam Indian Band told Global News that the agreement signed with the federal government does not include private properties in that region.
