The Jay Treaty allows Indigenous to travel freely to the U.S. to live, work or travel, but some First Nations are urging caution due to the U.S. changes around immigration.
The funding comes as Mandy Gull-Masty faces criticism for not repealing an operational bulletin released last year that limited the scope of services covered by Jordan's Principle.
