The report found Nova Scotia has the highest rate of child poverty in Atlantic Canada and the third-highest in the country — with 22.7 per cent of children living in poverty.

— The High Commissioner of India to Canada says India “will take action” depending on the outcome of a court case involving four Indian nationals accused of murder in the killing of a prominent Sikh activist in British Columbia.
