One man has died following Thursday night’s stabbing near the Rideau Centre, and police have taken one person into custody. Today, the OPS Homicide Unit is still investigating the area. It once again brings up the level of safety in Ottawa’s Downtown Core. Do you feel safe whenever you go there? Chris Lewis, a former OPP Commissioner, used to live in the area.
