2 Skiers caught in avalanche, west of Calgary, 1 found ‘unresponsive’

Alberta RCMP said two people became trapped in an avalanche west of Calgary. One person was found unresponsive and the other managed to escape on their own.
Late on Monday, the federal government released a copy of the Rights Recognition Agreement between them and the Musqueam Indian Band.
