Quebec will soon allow retail stores to close late on weekends, but some not enthused

A one-year pilot project starting March 11 is allowing Quebec retail stores to stay open on weekends as late as the law permits on weekdays: 9 p.m.
With the province seeing high temperatures, with some places in the high teens, the warm temps are also bringing big pools of water and potholes on roads.
