Ottawa's St. Patrick's Day parade returns Saturday

An early St. Patrick's Day parade will go from Ottawa's Supreme Court to ByWard Market Saturday afternoon. It's the city's first such parade since 2019.

Dillon Lee and Lara Jamieson helped rescue a pig that had escaped from a pickup truck as it travelled last Saturday on the 417 at Carling. The pair, and the pig's owner, were eventually able to load the animal into a proper trailer.
