Provincial police have arrested three suspects believed to be involved in a police impersonation scam that an Ottawa officer says has cost some victims thousands of dollars.

Starting on Wednesday, it will be $5 more for a car and driver sailing between Tsawwassen and Swartz Bay, so the new standard rate, with a reservation, will be $110 each way.
