These recent hostilities have some Lebanese Montrealers fearing a civil war and wondering when conflicts there, and in the surrounding region, will finally end.

Ottawa Fire Services said in an after hours media release it responded to a fire on the 19th floor of a residential high rise at around 9:30 p.m., and that smoke and flames were visible through a balcony door when it arrived on scene.
