Wednesday is shaping up to be a ‘fun’ day for travel in Canada’s Capital. And by fun, we mean probably miserable. The forecast is calling for a ton of freezing rain, with the first glimpses of chaotic weather starting later tonight. It continues into the overnight hours, and basically all of Wednesday morning.
