The National Capital Region has been placed under a Freezing Rain Warning for most of today, with a significant ice storm eager to wreak some havoc on power lines and trees. A motion passed at Ottawa city council earlier this week to extend a winter parking ban year-round near the South Nepean Muslim Community mosque. As CBC's Liam Baker reports, worshippers say their parking options are already limited.
