Kingston goes back to the drawing board on Block 4 conference centre

The City of Kingston is re-evaluating its plans for a new downtown conference centre on Block 4 after failing to reach a final agreement with its preferred developer.
The federal weather agency says most of southern and central New Brunswick and western and eastern Nova Scotia will be impacted.
