Emergency repairs to a pedestrian bridge at Canadian Forces Base Kingston where falling debris was reported "in the area" Friday morning have prompted the closure of one of the city's major entry points for motorists.
In Canada, any spray that is capable of injuring or incapacitating someone is currently considered to be a prohibited weapon, including any kind of mace or pepper spray.
