Charges laid in Toronto-area zipline accident that sent child to hospital

Ontario's public safety regulator has laid charges against the operator of a Scarborough trampoline park following a zipline accident in January that sent a boy to hospital.

It is believed to have been left by local troublemakers, though RCMP said in an email there was no criminality involved in the situation.
