All Ontario drivers will be able to use HOV lanes in off-peak hours: transportation minister

Minister Prabmeet Sarkaria said in a statement Tuesday that allowing solo drivers to use high-occupancy vehicle lanes outside of busy times will help reduce gridlock on major highways. Doug Ford's government is looking to regulate the changes later this year.
Lotto Max is set to see some changes this Friday, with a slightly higher ticket price, while the odds of winning could be better or worse, depending on the prize.
