Meantime, the Brockville General Hospital says it has finalized an agreement with the Upper Canada District School Board to acquire an old school. The former Commonwealth Public School sits on the street across from the hospital, and it’s been used as a warming centre this Winter. But once the warming centre has closed, the takeover will begin. We check in with Julie Caffin, the CEO of Brockville General Hospital, in Hour 3.
