The House of Commons public safety committee is planning an inquiry this spring to examine "systemic discrimination and organizational culture" within Canada's border agency.

Ontario Provincial Police have identified 34-year-old Christo Allison Richards from Ottawa as the man found fatally injured in Perth's Last Duel Park earlier this month. They did not announce any suspects or arrests.
