Ottawa Now - Councillor Brockington says noise bylaw review is well overdue

City Hall is mulling over a potential update to Ottawa's list of noise bylaws. Chief among those growing concerns is excessive noise at restaurants and cafes that offer live music and entertainment. River Ward councillor Riley Brockington says the last noise bylaw update happened 24 years ago, and portions of the Downtown Ottawa landscape have changed since then. So what exactly could be changed, and what should business owners expect? Brockington joins Kristy Cameron on today's Ottawa Now.
