I worked for a few years with a major Canadian railway company and given our weather, I was surprised that Line 1 was developed for electric propulsion. OTTAWA — Energy Minister Tim Hodgson suggested his colleague Michael Ma’s views do not reflect those of the Liberal party, the day after the floor-crossing MP apologized for comments casting doubt on reports of China’s human rights abuses against Uyghurs.
