A 39-year-old man was killed in an Ontario Provincial Police shooting this month after they responded to a call about a person in crisis. CBC News was in touch with Nash Prystie's family, who said he'd previously "reached out for help during times when he needed it most." Here's what the family shared as the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) looks into how he died.
