This weekend’s high-stakes NDP Convention in Winnipeg is set to define the party’s future, as a new leader will be selected over the coming days. The Toronto Star reports, among 70 proposals, is a bold but unlikely push for mandatory federal voting. Joining us to talk about mandatory voting, and his past research on the subject, is Research Co.
