Accused in Nation River Lady cold case should be found unfit to stand trial, Crown and defence agree

The Crown and defence are expected to jointly propose that an 83-year-old man with dementia who's accused of murdering a woman nearly 51 years ago should be found unfit to stand trial, court heard Monday.
