Saskatchewan sees low participation rates in federal gun buyback program

Saskatchewan has the lowest per capita participation in Ottawa's Assault-Style Firearms Compensation Program. Some experts predict soon it will be even lower.
Of the parents surveyed, 72.6 per cent said they "did not support this belief," while 10.6 per cent stated they did not know and 1.8 per cent said they preferred not to answer.
