Trial of N.L. man accused of 1st-degree murder delayed over not enough sheriffs to bring him into courtroom

In a highly unusual move, Justice Vikas Khaladkar unleashed a wave of criticism when the court was told there weren't enough sheriff's officers to bring Dean Penney, who is accused of murder, to court.
The Canada Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Research Network said it is worried by Ontario's moves to enable more drinking, and wants to see some funding go to education.
